1. Photos of spare parts items displayed on this site are for illustration purposes only. Irish Laundry Equipment Ltd. cannot be held responsible for orders placed in error.

Please check the Part No. is correct at time of ordering. If you are unsure, please check with a member of our team through our Contact Page

2. Most orders will be dispatched within 48 hours, however, sometimes due to high demand this may take up to 10 working days.

3. Where a Part No. is no longer available we will endeavour to issue a replacement part.

 

RETURNS POLICY

 ILE RETURNS FORM

 

You may cancel your order within 5 days of dispatch, subject to the following conditions:

1. Returned goods must be sent with an official RETURNS FORM. Please make sure you have completed it fully to assist our staff in issuing a credit note or refund to you as soon as possible.

2. Returned items remain the customers responsibility until received by our store, so please make sure you have used the correct postage amount and packed the item/s carefully.

3. The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the goods.

4. All goods will be examined on return, so please ensure the packing is intact with the original label.

5. Carriage charges are not refundable in the case where the customer has mistakenly ordered the wrong part. A 20% re-stocking charge will also apply in this case.

6. If a part has been specially ordered on your behalf, a refund is not applicable.

7. Items that have been fitted will not be eligible for refund.

8. There is no warranty on parts, however, should a part be faulty, you are welcome to return it for a replacement. However, a credit note or refund will not issue until the manufacturer has agreed the part supplied was indeed faulty.
